I just got a new computer and it seems that the Windows 7 64 bit default network settings are a lot less friendly by default for WoW than XP's. So to get the latency down from >300ms to <100ms I used http://www.wowinterface.com/downloads/info...LatencyFix.html which I think Zy posted before, but it seems Windows 7 64bit needs it so I thought I'd repost about it for anyone else who might run into the same.

thanks for posting this again! I recently switched from my Windows XP to Windows 7 and I just quit WoW... lol I couldn't figure out what was going on but my latency was really bad...
I installed it but still having some trouble... guildies suggested I needed a bigger RAM with Windows 7 too.. need to work on that

for some reason i got over 1000 latency when i signed in last that took 10 minutes to get back to down 85. 4 gigs should work in a 25 raid (which is the max 32 bits supports, including video ram), 6 should do dal as well too easily.
