I wanted to give you a little in-depth, hopefully constructive criticism about last night's raid performance. Some of this I'm sure you already know, but there may be a thing or two you can pick up to your benefit. Overall, you did very well.
We talked about being a little conservative on the dps particularly for boss fights you are new with. Its far more important on new boss fights to pay attention to your surroundings and learn what the specific abilities look like than to push the damage and die to something you werent paying attention to.
On a few of those fights, I only gave you a very brief description of what was to come. I think you applied that info well. The only fight I know you had a little trouble with was Blood Queen. Again, that simply comes down to knowing what your debuffs look like and reacting quickly. Repetition will fix that.
I do want to point out a few areas where you can possibly improve your dps. This is a side by side comparison of the buffs/abilities applied during the Festergut fight (I am on the left, you are on the right):

First thing, notice the difference between the amount of Death Coils we both used. This is partly because I used Horn of Winter 7 times during the fight. Thats 70 more runic power than you had. You may also be sitting capped on RP for a while if you arent using DC often enough in your rotation.
Empowered Rune Weapon is your friend. Make sure all your runes are on cooldown, dump your RP and pop it for some extra burst. I always use/save it for Heroism.
The reason to use Glyph of Disease/Pestilence on single targets is to increase the number of Scourge Strikes by removing IT/PS from your rotation after applying diseases the first time. Given this, you still used IT and PS too much, and you had fewer SSs than I did, not more.
Also, notice the number of IT and PS that I cast are identical. You have 2 fewer PS than IT. One thing to watch out for is boss turning. With a boss like Festergut who turns to cast Vile Gas on random raid members, you are more likely to have your attack parried or dodged because you have a higher expertise cap with mobs facing you than when from behind. IT wont get parried or dodged because it is a spell, but PS is a physical ability. Using some sort of visual disease mod will help you notice when this happens so you can recast PS. I use:
Death Knight.Info RunesHere is a screen shot of my UI during a Rotface attempt last night:

Notice the Death Knight.Info Rune mod above the player/target boxes. This shows rune cooldowns in addition to diseases. I have my Debuff display, threat meter, and DMB timers in a central location so I can easily see whats about to happen and what I need to react to.
Two things I know I need to work on and which may help you with your dps are using haste pots and being aggressive with Anti-Magic Shield.
Potion of Speed is best used during Heroism. The haste stacks and using them together provides the most benefit. It is also best to wait to pop Gargoyle until you have used a haste pot in conjunction with Heroism. The Gargoyle benefits from your haste rating at the time you use it, and does not benefit from haste buffs applied after it is already up.
AMS is a great way to increase your dps on fights where you dont need to use it defensively. Festergut is a perfect example. Using it as often as possible during the fight allows you to take advantage of the aoe raid damage to bump up your RP for DC dumps. In this case, it also acts defensively by absorbing some of the aoe damage causing you to need less healing.
