I have had the most success with using the mmm strategy with terran, while using about 6-7 tanks to defend, while I put constant pressure.

The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the iniquities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he, who in the name of charity and good will, shepherds the weak through the valley of darkness, for he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who would attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And you will know my name as Lord ESPRITDECORP when I lay my vengeance upon thee.

Foolish mortals, did you honestly beileve you could defeat me? That is blasphemy! I am ESPRITDECORP!

MMM worked pretty well for me in the Bronze league, but it seams like either players are catching on or in the Silver league people know how to stop it better. I use MMM to defend my base early game until I finish researching siege mode, then I go and hit the enemies expansions instead of trying to take their main base on. My favorite strat now is to keep that MMM ball alive until I get my Siege Tank / Thor / Viking ball up and running and merge the two together. Usually sweep through the enemy with no resistance.
